Order processing takes up to 3 business days. After processing, estimated delivery is 10–20 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free to the countries we serve. We do not currently ship to Taiwan, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Cyprus, Nicaragua, India, Pakistan or Greenland.

Can I return my order?

Does my watch have a warranty?

Our watches include a 1-year warranty covering the movement. This warranty does not limit your statutory rights. Contact our team for help with a warranty enquiry.
